In case of an emergency, you may need to quickly know where the valve is and how to correctly shut it off.  Store Outdoor Hoses Before the first frost, disconnect hoses, drain them, and store them in a dry place. This will not only help prevent pipe damage but extend the life of your hoses for the next season.  Service Your Water Heater Flush the tank to remove sediment and check for leaks or signs of wear. Flushing the tank is an occasional part of maintenance. Checking for damage, rust, or leaks around your water heater is also very important at this time of year. Logan Spahr AT THE ABC NATIONAL CRAFT CHAMPIONSHIP - MARCH 18-20 The National Craft Championships host more than 200 competitors to vie for gold in 15 competitions, with skills on display across 11 crafts. The competition objectives are to demonstrate safety along with craft interdependency and teamwork, simulate working conditions where planning is critical to success and highlight individual leadership and workmanship skills as the project is assembled and completed. ABC (Associated Builders and Contractors) is a national trade association offering apprenticeship programs where participants develop skills and complete extensive training in their trade as they work. Logan Spahr won the ABC Keystone Chapter’s local craft competition which qualified him for the ABC National Craft Championship in Salt Lake City, Utah in March. We are so proud of Logan for his commitment to learning and excelling in the HVAC trade. Logan will be graduating from his 4-year apprenticeship program in May.
